We are proud to announce our 6th anniversary as a premier full service law firm. Wamae & Allen was founded in 2013 by Allen Gichuhi and Charles Wamae on the premise of commitment to client care, responsiveness and continuous education as the guiding pillars.
In the face of massive growth in cross-border trade, one of the key priorities of this rebrand included getting closer to our clients through technology and other means. We want to facilitate cross-border deals and assist companies in breaking into new markets. To this end, Wamae & Allen joined MultiLaw - a leading global network of independent law firms. Multi-Law provides a platform that allows us to provide our clients with worldwide legal access by connecting them with multi-jurisdictional expertise to facilitate cross-border transactions and disputes. Wamae & Allen is the only MultiLaw member firm in Kenya.
Since 2013, Wamae & Allen has grown steadily, developing broad expertise in different fields and expanded its practice areas to include Oil and Gas Law and ICT law. We have been privileged to work with different outstanding clients and institutions and we have tackled many significant, high profile, complicated commercial transactions and litigious disputes. As a reward, we have been consistently recognized for the quality of legal services we provide, results we achieve for our clients, and the professionalism and integrity of our staff.
