Please note that the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning has issued a Public Notice on the temporary closure of the Nairobi and Central Registries at Ardhi house effective from Monday, 24th February 2020 to Friday, 13th March 2020 for purposes of auditing all Land records in Nairobi City County. All services shall resume on Monday, 16th March 2020. Based on the foregoing, kindly note that the turnaround time for the transactions in the above-mentioned registries will be affected. However, all other registries across the Country remain open.
